From practice, for practice
My path to agile methods and innovation was anything but straightforward. After studying at LMU Munich, a stint at MIT and Columbia Business School in New York, I started my career in traditional banking – a long way from Post-its and sprint reviews.
After two years of banking in New York, I founded my first company – and later, as authorised signatory and shareholder of a software company with €1M in registered capital, I learned that the best methods are worthless if they don't fit the context.
"Methods are tools, not religions. What matters is what works in your context."
5 years as Lead Trainer at Brainbirds – one of Germany's leading agile training providers – showed me what works and what doesn't. Today I bring this knowledge into coaching that is grounded in reality, not textbooks.
